Dear Latvians! Together with colleagues from the University of Cambridge we are undertaking research on the Baltic States related to the upcoming elections. This is the first study of its kind at the University of Cambridge. We really need Latvian respondents spending a lot of time abroad (students, seasonal workers, permanent workers and the unemployed all qualify). Latvians residing in Luxembourg is one of our target groups, so please take a few minutes to fill in the survey and share it with your friends – a sufficient number of responses is very important for expansion and development of this study.
